Throughout History Month, May 2018, there will be a selection of photographs connected to the legendary racehorse Comic court and his then strapper the late Bart Cummings, on display at the Normanville Hotel, daily from 11 am to 8 pm.
The Comic Court Lodge historic photographic display is designed to foster interest in establishing and promoting the proposed Comic Court Lodge Racing & Equine Museum, to be housed in the former Heritage-listed Fergusson’s Mill building at Normanville.
The display will feature photographs of the record-breaking1950 Melbourne Cup winning horse, its trainer Jim Cummings, strapper Bart Cummings, and photographs of where the famous horse grew up, its sire, and former trainer Melvyn Bowyer, and much more
